This is a young project that seeks to contribute something new to the world of wine through the renaissance of the Spanish Bierzo region in the wine industry.

The adventure started in 2004 with the acquisition of 14 different vineyards making a total of 3 hectares of seventy year old mencia vines. It is from these that our first red wine Cabildo de Salas comes from. Our sencod wine, Cabildo de Salas Roble, comes from a rigorously made grape selection from other 14 vineyards

Later the project took physical shape by purchasing and restoration of an 1819 cellar. All this wouldn’t be possible without the help and hard work of our team of professionals and their unwavering passion to make the best “terroir” wine.
